Youngblood (03/06)

Youngblood is a remake of a 1986 film with ALOT of big names, including Patrick Swayze, Rob Lowe, and Keanu Reeves. I look forward to watching both the original and the new film this year. A classic sport underdog story with the underdog being a Black Canadian this time around. This stuck out to me, but I do have an interest in hockey and it’s one of those sports that doesn’t have much Black representation. Hockey is also one of the most difficult sports, in my opinion; mastering the ice-skating alone is insane. Can’t wait to see this.
